They discuss everything from training an brand-new staff to lessons a F&B industry veteran can still learn after working on a project like this.
The one and only Amber Graham (aka GrahamCracker 9Volt) is the guest of honor on this week’s episode! Justin and Milos talk with Amber about her time in the bar world working from a college spot to a catering company to fine dining. Before the crew warps up they’re joined by Jaimee Rosko, one of Amber’s co-hosts on a new podcast they’re launching called “Rough Sesh”.
